The basic annual membership fee is 300 euros and includes certification when our certifier is available in the area, alternatively it will be necessary to quote the costs to be incurred.
For producers of food, wine, beer or oil the costs of the product analysis are

  • Cleanliness of the kitchen and dining room

  • Structural kit of kitchen and dining room

  • Staff competence and education

  • Execution and serving of dishes

  • Mise en place

  • Cleanliness and sanitation facility

  • Compliance with hygienic sanitary standards, HACCP
